Alpin Rezvani, M.A., CCC-SLP, graduated from New York University with a Baccalaureate and Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.  She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA).  She has New York licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and earned her degree as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped.  She was an adjunct instructor at New York University and was a speech-language pathologist for the New York City Department of Education.  She now practices privately and is co-founder of Gift of Gab Resources.  She co-authored three chapters (Community-Based Speech-Language Pathology; Joint Action Routines; Feeding & Language Strategies for Mealtime) in the latest version of "Cutting-Edge Therapies for Autism” and is PROMPT trained.  She co-writes monthly blogs for Big City Moms and MommyBites and is the co-author of the Baby Actions Series, which focuses on learning language through videos and pictures of actions. Her upcoming books include: Baby Feelings, Uh Oh and many more! Alpin also provides speech and language workshops for families and professionals throughout New York City.

Debbie Shiwbalak, M.A., CCC-SLP, is an undergraduate of St. John’s University where she received her Baccalaureate of Arts in Speech Pathology in 1999, and is a graduate of Long Island University-CW Post Campus, where she received a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 2001. Savetrie Bachan, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from New York University earning her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by New York State in Speech-Language Pathology. Savetrie has experience working with both pediatric and adult populations and has worked in a variety of settings including home-based, public school, and skilled nursing facilities. She has experience working with autism, expressive/receptive language disorders, phonological speech disorders, fluency, dysarthria, and dysphagia. Savetrie is certified in LSVT LOUD and PROMPT trained.

Stephanie Burke, M.A., CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Hofstra University. She graduated from City University of New York’s Queens College with a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and earned a certificate as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disorders (TSSLD). Stephanie has New York State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competences from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA). She has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist in both the New York City Department of Education and the Oceanside School District of Long Island. She has experience working with a wide variety of pediatric populations including children with receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorder, hearing loss, articulation and phonological disorders, social/emotional needs, pragmatic language delays, fluency disorders and neurological disorders. Stephanie is PROMPT trained and while working in the school setting she created an articulation program that was used district-wide as well as a speech and language awareness curriculum.

Charity Delsie, M.S., CCC-SLP, received her Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University. She is licensed by the state of New York, holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Difficulties. She currently works for a public school program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and has enjoyed related educational and healthcare experiences in locales such as Ghana and South Africa. Charity is a supervisor to new clinicians, and speech pathology clinical fellows.  She provides workshops for families and professionals in Harlem working with children with ASD.  Additionally, Charity provides home speech and language therapy and evaluations for clients of all ages, and treats a range of needs, including articulation, feeding, language and literacy, and fluency disorders. 

Maria Exarchakis M.S. CCC-SLP, TSSL, is a New York State-licensed and ASHA-certified bilingual Speech Language Pathologist. Maria earned her Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Columbia University and holds the Bilingual Extension Certificate to provide services in Spanish and Greek. Additionally, Maria is trained in PROMPT (Level II), Sounds in Motion, Speech Systems Intelligibility Treatment, and ABA. She has participated in research related to dysphagia in clients with motor speech disorders, and she volunteered as a Speech Language Pathologist in Neiva, Colombia to provide speech therapy to children born with cleft lips and palates. She has experience providing speech and language therapy in hospital, clinic, home, and school settings. Maria is committed to providing evidence-based care, involving the family, and ensuring that therapy is fun and effective.

Meredith Feher, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor in Health Sciences in Communication Science and Disorders in 2006.  She received her Masters of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology with an emphasis in Deaf Education from Fontbonne University in St. Louis in 2008.  Meredith has worked with school-aged children in both public and private school settings, providing services for children with autism spectrum disorders, hearing loss, receptive and expressive language delays, articulation disorders, social/emotional needs, and neurological disorders. She is trained in Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking curriculum.

Amanda Feingold, MS, CCC-SLP, TSSLD  is a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) in New York City, with extensive experience working with the pediatric population; she evaluates and treats preschool, elementary, middle, and high school children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, receptive and expressive language disorders, auditory processing disorders, developmental apraxia of speech, pragmatic language disorders, articulation delays, and phonological delays. In addition to treating her clients, Amanda is an American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) continuing education presenter, PROMPT trained, and is a supervisor to new clinicians, and speech pathology clinical fellows.

Alisha Gandhi, M.S., CCC-SLP,  received her Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology with a Bilingual/Bicultural program focus from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from New York University. She is licensed in New York State as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) with a Bilingual Extension in Spanish. Alisha has worked for the New York City Department of Education since 2012, and began working in the private sector in 2015. She has vast experience providing monolingual and bilingual (English/Spanish) diagnostic and therapeutic services for children and adolescents with a wide variety of physical, intellectual, emotional, and developmental disabilities (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorders, cerebral palsy, apraxia of speech, Down syndrome, ADHD, etc.) as well as receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency disorders, and articulation/phonological, learning disabilities and feeding/swallowing disorders. Alisha has been trained in the PROMPT approach, and is also familiar with the Structured Methods in Language Education (SMiLE) program, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) systems.

Rachel Gorman, M.S., CCC-SLP,, received her B.F.A. in Dance from Florida State University in 2002 and her M.S. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Hunter College (CUNY) in 2007, where she helped develop a screening tool to be used by pediatric nurses for early detection of communication disorders in very young children. Rachel holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), her NYS license to practice Speech and Language Pathology, and a New York State Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Certificate. She is a member of ASHA’s Language Learning and Education Special Interest Group. Rachel has 12 years of clinical and supervisory experience with pediatric and adult populations, as well as with adolescents with neuro-developmental disorders. She has had the pleasure of working across a variety of settings in the NYC and Philadelphia Metro areas, including: In-Home (Early Intervention, School-Age, Adult), Day Habilitation Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Public Elementary Schools, and Private Preschools, including Rivendell School and Dillon Child Study Center. Rachel enjoys using her arts and movement background in her work as an SLP. Special interests include: Receptive and Expressive Language Delays and Disorders, Literacy Development, Social/Pragmatic Disorders, Voice Disorders, Neurogenic and Motor Speech Disorders, Feeding and Swallowing disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Rachel is SPEAK OUT® and VitalStim® certified. She has received training on the Social Thinking “We Thinkers” curriculum, and has experience using Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) with minimally verbal students on the Autistic Spectrum, and with DDX3X and Cri-du-chat syndromes.   

Ingrid Rogers Gsellmeier, M.S., CCC-SLP, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2007.  She then continued her studies at New Paltz to receive a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2008. Ingrid is a New York State  and New Jersey State licensed Speech Language Pathologist and is certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Difficulties  and Speech Language Specialist.  She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is PROMPT trained.  Ingrid  has a wide range of experience working with the pediatric population in both New York and New Jersey public schools, as well as in private settings. She has had the pleasure of working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as students who demonstrate; receptive and expressive language delays, cognitive impairments, pragmatic language difficulties, auditory processing disorders, language disorders, learning disabilities, hearing loss and articulation delays.  Ingrid has experience working using Augmentative Alternative Communication with minimally verbal students with ASD. 

Meredith Harrison, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated with a Master of Science degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from Truman State University.  She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in New York state.  She also earned a certificate as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).  Meredith has worked with a variety of pediatric populations, including children with autism spectrum disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, articulation disorders, and neurological disorders.  She has also worked with adults with aphasia and Huntington's Disease.  Meredith is PROMPT trained and has experience implementing DIR®/Floortime™, TEACCH®, and ABA approaches to facilitate effective and functional communication.  She currently works at a special education preschool in Brooklyn.
